Collaboration with Laura Medanich on marketing strategies and deliverables for clients like Alioto's (Restaurant, CAFE 8, Crab Stand) in San Francisco, MacArthur Park in Palo Alto, Steak 'n Shake Bay Area Franchise, Catamount, and Zef.

  • Managed the design team for print and online deliverables for clients.

  • Contributed to a rebranding strategy for a client which included a new look for the website and print materials. Created a one-page bio for the owner.

  • Outreach to the local press and community for the restaurant opening and potential sponsorship.

  • Analyzed client websites and provided recommendations. As well as what social media platforms would be best for the product and what type of campaign would hit target audiences.

Developed and maintained marketing and eCommerce strategies including driving demand gen campaigns, online promotions, email automation/nurturing, social media outreach, checkout web design, media and clinic partnerships, and event promotions. 

  • Doubled site visitors year after year from product launch in 2014 through 2016.

  • Managed Facebook Ads to increase followers to over 11,000 in less than a year. In 3 months’ time, increased followers from 45 to 11,346. Escalated traffic from FB from 6% to 73% by end of year. Followers with Twitter and Pinterest subsequently increased.

Supervised complete business operations including daily sales and customer service team, marketing and new product launches (20+) with PR director, purchasing and inventory, recruitment and training, and new business initiatives.

  • Devised product timelines from development to launch (from design phase to prototypes, sourcing material/ estimating product costs and pricing, product positioning, launch preparation and setting production schedule to educating sales team on features and selling points).

  • Reduced costs by assessing (just-in-time) inventory needs and evaluating vendor and material pricing. Cultivating relationships with vendors and sourcing other avenues if pricing is not negotiable.

  • Developed and managed motivational employee programs, company events, and on-going company volunteerism with local non-profit organizations to keep team morale high.

Developed marketing programs to drive conference registration and surpassed registration goals for almost all conference events from 2007-2010.
